Affiliate Plan: ₪30 per active day (a day on which at least one ride was completed). No charge on inactive days.
Monthly Subscription Plan: A flat fee of ₪500 per calendar month, regardless of ride volume.
Drivers may switch plans once per calendar month, effective from the following month.
VeeTaxi reserves the right to modify plan fees with a minimum of 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised fees.
Payments are made via the methods detailed in the Driver Portal (credit card, bank transfer, etc.). Late payment may result in restricted App access.
All transactions are subject to Israeli tax law. Drivers are solely responsible for reporting their income to the relevant tax authorities.
6. Background Location
While the Driver is in "Online" status, the App collects background GPS location data for the following purposes:
- Displaying the Driver's position to nearby passengers.
- Calculating estimated arrival times.
- Ride route monitoring and safety.
- Dispute resolution and complaint investigation.
Location collection ceases entirely when the Driver switches to "Offline" status. Drivers are not required to remain online at any particular time.
For full details on location data storage and processing, see the Privacy Policy.
7. Biometric Authentication
The App offers optional device unlock via fingerprint or Face ID. All biometric data is stored exclusively on the Driver's device and is never transmitted to VeeTaxi or any third party. Use of this feature is entirely optional.
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You may not spoof location data, disrupt the platform, scrape data, distribute malware, or reverse-engineer the App. Any such use constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
9. Suspension and Termination
VeeTaxi may suspend or terminate a Driver account in any of the following circumstances, without prejudice to any other remedy:
- Breach of these Terms of Service.
- Expiry of driving licence, vehicle insurance or taxi licence without renewal within 7 days.
- Multiple passenger complaints regarding misconduct.
- Suspected fraud, fare manipulation, or use of the account by a third party.
- Criminal conviction relevant to public transport operation.
- Non-payment of service fees.
For non-immediate suspensions, VeeTaxi will provide 14 days' prior notice.
Drivers may close their account at any time by contacting support@veetaxi.com. Account closure does not extinguish any accumulated financial obligations.
10. Limitation of Liability
VeeTaxi is a technology platform connecting drivers and passengers. VeeTaxi is not a transportation service provider and is not an employer of drivers. Drivers operate as independent contractors.
VeeTaxi shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to: loss of income, loss of business, technical failures or service interruption.
VeeTaxi's maximum aggregate liability to a Driver under any cause of action shall not exceed the fees paid by that Driver to VeeTaxi in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Amendments
VeeTaxi may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect, via in-app notification and/or SMS. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
